Baked Sailfish topped with Fried Sailfish and Pepper Stuffing
INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE FRIED FISH
1 sailfish filet, shredded
3 bell peppers, diced, different colors if you’re feeling froggy
½ onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, crushed like the souls of my enemies
Some butter
Also some salt and pepper
FOR THE BAKED FISH
1 sailfish filet, unshredded
2 garlic cloves, diced
some salt and pepper
old bay, to taste
1 lemon, cut into slices
handful of baby arugula for plating
50 Minutes door to door
