INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 sailfish filet, shredded

  • 3 bell peppers, diced, different colors if you’re feeling froggy

  • ½ onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed like the souls of my enemies

  • Some butter

  • Also some salt and pepper

FOR THE BAKED FISH

  • 1 sailfish filet, unshredded

  • 2 garlic cloves, diced

  • some salt and pepper

  • old bay, to taste

  • 1 lemon, cut into slices

  • handful of baby arugula for plating
